Eighteen-year old Tess tries to re-unite her estranged friends with the help of a randy bi-sexual angel.

After partying on the beach 17 year old Tess and her tight-knit group accidentally kill their friend Kaz in a drunk driving incident. Their friendships shatter. One year later lonely Tess, still haunted by that fateful night, returns to the beach in a state of rage, where, much to her shock and delight, she discovers Kaz. He has returned as an angel on a mission to reunite their old gang. The only trouble is, Kaz hasn’t gained any heavenly wisdom; he remains the bratty, impetuous teenager he was before.
